Bed & Breakfast Terms and conditions Provisional bookings are taken by telephone, post or e-mail and will be held for 14 days awaiting receipt of deposit. The provisional booking will be cancelled if the deposit fails to arrive by this time. We will send a booking confirmation by e-mail or post if preferred. Deposit payment is by cheque in €uros or £ sterling for 50%. Balance in either euro cheque or euro cash prior to departure. We ask that you depart by 10am on departure day. Smoking We operate a non smoking policy but do not mind if you smoke in the garden provided you use the ashtrays available. Pets We do not accept pets. |
Cancellations
If you are obliged to cancel please inform us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. If we are forced to cancel a booking we will make a full refund of all payments received.
This is the limit of our obligation.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellations.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to our facilities. We do however accept that minor accidents happen and will only ask you to pay what the cost would be to us.
